On Friday 29 June, the whole of year 7 went out onto the blazing hot sun to complete their 3k walk around the field to raise money for CLIC Sargent.....
We at the Beacon Academy Trust are aware that keeping our children hydrated will aid them to perform at their very best throughout the school day.
The school took six of our RE Ambassadors to Redbridge Barnardo's Leaving Care. They helped them sort out their food, cupboards, clothes and kitchen items.
We always aim to mark this event on, or as near as is possible, Remembrance Sunday and/or Armistice Day itself and so, this year, on Monday 13th November 2017 at 11.30 staff & students joined together as the Last Post was sounded by trumpeters.
